Product description:
Biospheres are spheres composed of tiny test tubes that provide a large surface area. Bacteria can colonize in multiple channels, thereby providing a large amount of water flow, allowing nutrients to reach and support bacterial colonies. To convert potentially harmful ammonia into benign nitrates. Biospheres are best used as wet and dry filters in which flowing water flows through them. This allows more oxygen to enter the pipe, allowing the beneficial bacteria to grow inside the sphere.And help ensure the safety of marine life!
How to use:
Place the biospheres in a mesh bag to keep them together and prevent large organics from entering. Hang the bag in a stream of water entering a fish tank or pond. Since biospheres work best in dry and wet conditions, water will flow through them under these conditions, but will not be submerged, so placing biospheres in this way will maximize the reproduction of healthy bacteria. Avoid cleaning bioballs, scrubbing or using detergents may kill the bacteria they use to purify water. If they are clogged with organics, try to remove them by hand instead of scraping the entire inside of the biosphere.
